I understand that phone manufacturers don't offer a "Queue" setting for their BLFs, but this is my suggestion: 1. Each queue has two extension numbers assigned to it. The first number is for transferring calls into the queue, and monitoring if there are calls in the queue on a BLF. The second extension is for logging in/out of the queue and monitoring your logged in/out status of that queue. 2. Create a system extension, say 803 that would perform the same function as the second queue extension, but for ALL queues. 2. Assign a BLF to the second extension number, or the system extension. 3. A BLF Subscribe to that extension from the phone would return/update the Queue status for that extension. 4. Dialing that extension would toggle the logged in/out status of that extension either for the individual queue, or all queues. This would allow any type of phone to very easily and quickly log in and out of a queue, even if they aren't running the desktop client. For phones without BLFs, dialing that extension would still update your status. So that you don't break existing installs, the star codes could stay in place as well.
