Use codec priorities

    at the moment the calling 3cx device requests a codec, and if this codec is available on the answering device, the call is established in this codec. So the order of the codec decides, not the priority, which some devices transmit, too.
    For incoming calls to 3cx this is sometimes is a problem, as other manufactures (like Cisco) use codec priorities and do not request the codecs according to priorities, but on some predefined order, which cannot be changed by the admin.
    It would be nice if 3cx would implement the feature, that the requesting device (e.b. the 3cx pbx) evaluates the codec priorities offered by the calling device and chooses the codec based on this priority and not on the order.
