User Agent List

    Hello,

    I am trying to use a small program, called SipCLI on our 3CX PBX.
    I want to send a wav file, to a specific number.

    I just get this error in the Log
    Error Message:
    PBX has dropped a message with 'User-Agent: sipcli/v2.5' from IP X.X.X.X because it is on blocked UAs list

    Is there a way to remove sipcli, as a blocked user agent, on our own PBX?`

    To remove a UA from blacklisted IP list go to settings--->security---->blocked ips

    This is only doable in version 12?

    No the blacklisted IP feature isnt specific to v12

    Well, then i don´t understand the error.
    Because i don´t have any blocked IP´s in there.

    It seems to me that it is the program "SipCLi" that is blocked. Does 3cx have a permitted User Agents list, where this utility might be blocked in?

    It sounds as if 3cx thinks it is being hacked, I've seen a server being hacked and 3cx would block the IP however when you go to the blocked IPs feature that IP isnt listed... Post a log if you can I'd like to see whats there.

    Well all i get in the log is this:
    30-apr-2014 14:36:47.184 PBX has dropped a message with 'User-Agent: sipcli/v2.5' from IP 10.1.72.154 because it is on blocked UAs list

    Nothing after and nothing before..
    The SipCLi client just times out in the call process..

    I'd open a ticket with 3cx at this point
