User Update and Queue Update

    I am unable to get the user availability and queue logged in working on the latest version of the VOIP Client? Has anyone else had similar experience or know how to fix?

    Not sure what you mean by key typed in. I can set it just fine on the web preference interface, but when I click the red button to set myself Away on the VOIP client it does not work. Same thing happens wwhen I try to log into a queue. It also works on the web interface.
