Using 3cxPhone with a hot desk configuration

    I have Yealink T22 configured on hotdesks and would still like to use 3Cxphone to control them on V12. Unfortunately this does not appear to work as the user account no longer has a phone configured to it. I can understand that 3cx would need to know the phone type for CTI to function, but I would still expect it to be usable when configured without intercom for makeacall so that the 3cx server rings the phone to establish connection.

    Have I missed something here?
