using a BLF to log in and out of call queue

    Hi

    is it possible to use a BLF button to log in and out of call queues with 3CX System Pro 12?

    In the phone provisioning tab of the the extension you want to program, go to the BLF field and select Agent Log in and Agent log out for the button of the BLF.
