Hi,

Is there anyway the 3CX account of a user will auto login if they login to their PC using their AD?

3cx extension connected to an AD account, so when they login using their own AD account the extension that they will use is the assigned extension in their AD

Thanks

Yes, the config data including account information of the 3CX Client is stored in the AppData folder. Now if this folder is configured so that its a roaming profile and the data not erased after every log out, contrary backed up and restored upon the next login, yes, the 3CX Client should launch with each users config already in there.
If not, the 3CX client will launch bu without config information and will require the user to reload the welcome email attachment.

What I mean is, using active directory, is it possible that every agent has their own account which is connected to their active directory account, so they can login to any computer using their active directory account wherein their own 3cx extension is connected. so no one can use the same extension.

Yes, that is what I explained. With AD each AD user has their own profile which can only be accessed from them when they login. When they register the 3CX client with the Welcome Email the first time, the 3CX data is stored in that profile folder and "roamed" to every computer the login from using their AD credentials. Only thing is, the profile must backup the user data each time they log out for this to happen, no reset it.
