using CallerID in myphone to bring up crm application

    Hello,
    i am using 3cx system V11SP2 with local installations of myphone,
    when incomming call comes in it popups a crm program with the string %callid%
    this works

    But
    when transfering the call (attended) to another person, the person who gets the call pops up the crm with the nummber of exension from who is transfering the call and not the orginal caller id.

    the most offices work this way (receptionist picks up the calls and transfer it to the right person.)
    so using CRM pop up is useless in this way.

    the old PBX Avaya IP office does the transfer correct .

    anybody an idea to hande this with 3cx ?

    Originating CLIP must be transferred correctly using 3CX softphones, on hardphone use blind transfer to get the correct CLIP.
