Hi all
For some time callers have been reporting a problem with call quality (particularly an echo heard by the external caller, the internal agent does not hear any echo).
The problem seemed to stem from the headsets, but after trying a number headset in our budget the problem seemed to persist..
anyway, I since have installed Solicall PBXMate software, that seems to fix problem. It sits between 3cx and our voip provider and cleans the audio between the two.
I have attached a pdf on how I set up, perhaps it may be of some help for others with a similar problem.
