V.1.3.3 OnHook-outgoing calls work-incoming calls blocked?

    3CXPhone for Android v.1.3.3
    Samsung Galaxy GT-I9000 (FW 2.2)
    3G Provider: Orange.at
    SIP provider: sipgate.de


    with wifi - all works fine.

    with 3G I'm able to make calls but if anybody calls me via sipgate/voip he gets "user not available".
    It seems to be blocked by orange.at. Any hint to overcome this ?

    Unfortunately, if your mobile provider is blocking something then there may not be much you can do. You might be able to get a clue as to what is happening if your VoIP provider has the time to wok with you. Perhaps they can tell you how, it appears to them, that you are registering (IP and port). That IP may change or perhaps there is some sort of port translation that prevents them from reaching you.
