V1.0.22 - Ringing low, not multitasking (Known Issues)

    Hi all,

    Even though we've turned our IPhone volumes to the max, we can barely hear the 3CX IPhone app ringing. Isn't there a setting somewhere sp we can "pump up the volume" of 3CX ringing?

    If we press the home button so the app is in the background, incomming calls doesn't ring on the phone. The app must be active. Is this really correct or are we doing something wrong here.

    also my iphone do not hear ringing, and every time I put it in the background is disconnected from the network! is there a way to increase the ringer volume?

    With all respect - you're spamming my thread.

    I'm a paying customer of yours and I would appreciate some usefull feedback of my questions/problems instead of this - kinda frustrating.

    With all respect,
    in the forum we can not determinate who is a customer and who is not.
    If you have an valid support contract with 3cx you can use support.3cx.com.
    here in the forum are rules which needs to be followed to get support.
    for this is the Title and the phone informations needed.

    To make it sort, just simply check the change log. you see always one or two version more then you have.
    this are the known issues we have and the beta test we just run. Both ur requests are in there.
