v10 backup restore failing

    Hi all,

    We previously had 3CX v9 running on one of our servers, and this was fine. When v10 was released we installed this on a separate server, successfully restoring a backup of our v9 system configuration; with a mind to returning back to our original server once the migration was proven successful.

    The time has come for us to go back to our original server, and use v10 on that; but that's where we have a problem. v10 installs on the original server; but no matter what we do, a restoration of our v10 backup proves unsuccessful.

    Any suggestions on what is going wrong will be very much appreciated,
