v10 - Extension 105 = there's no free SLA appearance

    Hi guys,

    I dont know why this is the second time that we face that problem! First was for user using '103' extension now we have the same problem for extension '103' and '105'!

    When we try to dial to these extension we listen 'transfer fail', looking at logs we found:

    Does anyone idea?

    Since I´m using Cisco SPA phones, I tried without success 'Enable' and 'Disable' the 'Share' as the following article:

    I already have the parameters 'SLA_ENABLE' and 'SLA_ONSUBSCRIBE' with value '0' on my 3CX server as that article: http://www.3cx.com/forums/failed-to-acquire-sla-slot-for-dn-106-todo-do-proper-messa-20131.html#p101375

    If I set the 'PHONE / LINE KEY 1 / Extension = Disable', the extension number 105 show as 'Not Registered' on 3CX web interface and I´m able to dial, obviously my call was forward to VoiceMail...

    If I set back to enable, the problem back!

    I tried 'factory reset' from the phone (Cisco SPA502g - frwm v7.4.7), without success...

    * I´m able to dial but not for receive calls.

    Same error and problem for me with a Cisco SPA-921 and Yealink T28 when connected over VPN. The problem is present only with v.10. With 3CX v.9 there is no problem.

    The problem is related with the EXTENSION since my test was to create a new extension and provisioning to the user phone and then it works fine for dial an receive!

    After swapping the MAC ADDRESS from 2 phones on 'provisioning' tab and set it up to use a generic 'CISCO SPA' model instead 'SPA502g' or 'SPA922' I restated the 3CX services and then all extensions returned to work!

    * But remains the question, why it occurs!?
