v10 License Registration

Hi,

We have an Enterprise license for the 3CX Phone System since the early days. We also keep upgrade insurance with the license. Since upgrading to v10, the license no longer enables all enterprise features. The upgrade from v9 to v10 also became very unstable. We have since rebuild the PBX machine with a fresh copy of the v10 software.

Althogh the 3CX Phone System accepts the key and register, the Enterprise features are not available. Have anyone experienced similar behaviour?

best bet is to contact the source you purchased the license from to get this resolved.

Hi,

The vendor is 3CX. This is a software upgrade insurance issue.
From the 3CX 2011 invoice: Enterprise 32SC Upgrade Insurance 3CXPSENTUI Automatic Software Version Upgrades - 1 year (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)

Seems to me that something in the algoritm to validate the license key has changed in the product. This is a license key issed in October 2007. We are not asking for technical support, we are asking for a functional Enterprise 3CX.

I suspect your licence as been revoked by 3CX for activating the licence on more then 1 server / pc.

3CX policy is to revoke licences if used on more then 5 computers.
