v10 remote calling keeps timing out at 32 seconds

    Hi. I have a remote worker who uses the myphone and softphone. Incoming calls work fine with no time out occuring ,but when she dials out the call is terminated at 32 seconds. any ideas.

    and you use a voip provider and have a firewall issue.
    Plz use the search this has been opened and solved many times already
