V10 sp3 voicemail did or external line

    Hi,

    since i have installed v10 i note that all calls (when extension not hungup) are redirected to user 100 and voicemail 999.
    i check my forwarding rule and no change since v8 -> forward to MY VOICEMAIL not voicemail of number 100.

    if i try with internal extension it's works, it's only from external.

    it's very big prob.

    Have you compared the 3CX logs of both types of calls (one that works and one that doesn't)? There may be something of a clue as to why it is happening.

    i see on logs that the call is forward to the operator extension, when call from DID and extension not answer but not when call from internal call.

    I was thinking to the operator extention...

    I had sometime this kind of probleme.

    If the process is not well good define the caller can have choise to go to the operator extention.

    I find the 3cxvoice choise and cut the message before the propose choise so the caller cannot goes there. And it folow the user classic redirection rules.
