v10 spk1 - Call Statistics - 'AGENT' column without name

Hi,

I´m trying to generate a report for the last month usages, but the 'AGENT' column appears only with the extension number instead show extension and user name. We have 13 extensions, everyone uses Cisco SPA502g phones (provisionned), but in that report the user name appears only for 4 extensions!
