    Hi,

does anyone know if it´s possible to implement that option for incoming calls? The caller can enter the digits of the extension, like occurs on Cisco SPA9000...

    tks,

That's a standard feature, nothing to enable, it should work during any digital receptionist prompt.

    ok,

tks. I found in the manual (http://www.3cx.com.br/manual/3CXPhoneSystemManual8_br.pdf) that it´s 'default'.

    tks,
