V11 Backup to V14

    I recently upgraded to Version 14 from version 11 of the 3CX Phone System. I did a backup in V11 but it now is not supported in V14. Is there anyway of restoring this current backup (v11) in Version 14 as I'm not able to reconfigure the entire company phone system without having major downtime. Any help would be appreciated.

    To upgrade to v14 you need to restore a backup from v12.5 or v12 (latest service pack). v14 will not restore a version older than v12.

    So for you, uninstall v14, install v12.5, restore your v11 backup. Backup the 12.5, uninstall the 12.5, install v14 and restore the 12.5 backup.
