V11 Telephony Integration to non-listed CRM

    I am wondering if anyone out there has integrated the 3CX V11 phone system with a product called 'WinSearch'. Essentially it's a CRM package which is not listed as a supported platform for 3CX Standard/Pro integration. If anyone has experience with this I would be curious to know how it was accomplished.
