We are having an issue with 3CXPhone v12.5.35 when connecting to our server outside the firewall (SonicWall). The app registers and says "On Hook" as well as "Disconnected". Calls can be made to and from the app, however it cannot retrieve any presence info, call history, and only local phone contacts.
My understanding is that opening ports 5000-5001 to the 3CX server should fix this issue but we still seem to have the problem. Are there any other possibilities as to why the app won't pull this info? Everything works great on the LAN.
