v12 and call queues

    hi,

    in the 3cx client for version 12 i don't see anything about (for example) call's waiting for a specific queue and the statistics of agents. Is there any news about this functionality?

    Known Issues:

    Call history in 3CXPhone for Windows is currently being worked on
    Active Calls show only internal and external group calls. Parked calls, IVR Calls, Queue Calls coming soon

    I have external agents in a queue (Forwards to a cell phone), when the agent answers the call, there is dead air (Both agent and caller side, on hold music stops), and agent gets a second call, has to answer it, then the caller is on the line. Any ideas?
