We have an issue on one of our site where the 3CX Company Phonebook on the Yealink phones shows a duplicate entry for every user. Looking at the provisioning phonebook.xml file it contains 2 entries for each user, the first with the correct ext. no. and a second with a blank entry. We have tried deleting the .xml file, deleting the Company Phonebook on the web interface then re-entering the details on the Company Phonebook which generates a new .xml file but it still contains duplicate entries?
