V14 + CTI

    Hey there,

    did anything change from V12.5 to V14 regarding CTI?
    Used CTI with 3CX Windows + Yealink T48G Phones without any problems - upgraded to V14 yesterday - and now 3CX Windows always tells me "Not connected" ... ?!?
    Any help appreciated ... :)

    Have you tried removing the "Account" from the softphone and resending the provisioning file?
    I have "Grand-Stream" phones. CTI works for the most part... except to make a call outbount, it uses the dreaded "Make Call" functionality and the person has to answer the phone before the outbound call is made.
    I am on the same LAN as the PBX.

    removing and reprovision did the trick ... even if I can't see a single change within the config before and now ... lol :)
