v14 Reporting problem

    Hi,

    After we migrated to new v14 sp3 version, reporting started to show wrong times.
    Like, 1 call is let's say 4 mins, but report shows it is 2 mins.
    It cause trouble when we calculate agent performances.

    how can we fix this?
