V14 Reports not sending

    Hi everybody.

    I have some issues with the new v14 reporting features.
    I tried to generate both "on-the-fly" reports and scheduled ones, with no luck: in both cases nothing arrives to the specified destination email.

    Email settings on server are correct: other emails are sent normally.

    Server/Phone system logs show no relevant rows.

    Any advice?

    Could you please tell me how to open a ticket directly?
    I don't have access to support.3cx.com, but I have an active maintenance plan and we are in the process of becoming registered partners.

    Oddly, searching for "reports", a record related to my issue is found (http://i.imgur.com/VOI0woD.png), but I have no access to it.

    Hmm, same problem. Worked once, but now nothing. Did you manage to resolve this?

    Nope. I'll try to open a ticket next week. Apparently the solution I found (that I couldn't read) on the support portal disappeared. :(

    I've had this too.
    Reports work one minute and then don't the next but nothing has been changed.
    I like the idea of scheduled reports but the whole reporting method (including listening to recorded calls from the report) was better implemented in 12.5.

    I had the same problem.
    My problem was that I was entering incorrectly to the management console

    In v12.5 the url was http://IP_PBX:5000/MainForm.wgx
    In v14 the new url is http://IP_PBX:5000/management/MainForm.wgx

    When I access with the new url it sent me the report correctly.

    I have the exact issue described here. But... when I log in with http://IP_PBX:5000/management/MainForm.wgx, the only thing that changes is it actually shows up in the scheduled reports now for about 5 seconds with the status saying "running", then it disappears and I have yet to receive an email. I am not coming from v12 though this is a fresh v14.
    Welcome emails and such work I just have yet to see a report....

    Thanks MichaelB for pointing me in the right direction.
    Apparently the "aspmx.l.google.com" server I was using will send welcome emails fine but not call reports. I switched to "smtp.gmail.com" with ssl/tls and now both work just fine.
