Love that it is back just a few commentss.....

    • Custom Message and Optional Messages cannot be set globally.
    • Custom Message and Optional Messages often reset back to default (lose settings)
    • Wallboard is part of 3CX MyPhone (no htlm version avilable), so you need to load the whole client and have 3CX signed into someone’s account, this could be a security issues, giving access to all sorts of things, voicemails, recordings, unless you create a dummy account.
    • Not Configurable, with colours, the old version you could set different colours depending on number of calls waiting, agents busy etc.
    • The Waiting Time is not an average now, it is adds up, doesn’t look good when a customer walks in and see’s a big “Waiting time”.

    Also forgot to add.

Users can not have the wallboard on their PC and using MyPhone, as you have to chage the view everytime. We used to have the wallboard (via Firefox and HTML) up and the 3CX MyPhone, so they could transfer calls, see who was on calls, see a incoming call etc.

    Agree with all of this.

We were just discussing how we could add the wallboard to a display in our NOC. We wanted to do a raspberry pie and just display the webpage like you use to.

So as nice as it is, it is now severely limited...

    My feedback to these points:

    1. You can buy a Windows TV stick and plug it into the back of a monitor for less than $100.
    2. You can easily lock down the 3CX client from making any outbound calls at all, so no security issues
    3. There is no user licensing in 3Cx, so the additional extension doesn't cost anything.
    4. At the same time the additional info has increased dramatically.
    5. In queue is the ability to have multiple queues in one big screen (as opposed to one or all)

The other issues re waiting time being incorrect please contact support as those can be resolved

That said a web based 3CX client is on its way. The API will be public....
