We upgraded to v14 SP3 last week and have since then noticed some strange behavior. Voicemail for some extensions have been set to 'mail and delete'. This has worked great for several years, but since last week some users started complaining that they did not receive emails with the voicemail attached. We verified the mail server setup. Test emails and welcome emails are sent correctly. Looking in c:\programdata\3cx\instance1\data\ivr\voicemail\extensions under the actual extensions we found voicemails. The error code states "E-mail delivery stopped after 72 hours of retries". We tried to change the emails address on the extension with no effect. We then changed from 'mail and delete' to 'send notification' and could suddenly receive notification emails. Afterwards we changed to "mail and delete" and now it seems to work. 1) Has anyone experienced the same? 2) Any way to trigger the system to retry the voicemails that has timed out after 72 hours?
