v14sp3 create call log report error too many records

    When running call log report i select a period for one month and receive incomplete report.
    error is '* Report not generated in full because query contains too many records. '

    And the reports only contains data for three days. (11090 rows)

    How can we fix this.

    The current inbuild reports are no good so i need the complete log for every month so i can script and build a usefull report.
