I'm using Debian version 15.0.60903.0 on a VmWare VM (license PRO 8 ch).
Unfortunately, after making some configurations (nothing so difficult, just a couple of trunks + some queues), I now have a systematic issue.
When an external call is received, call is correctly passed to an extension.
I then hungup from the caller, and suddendly the service
3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server
from Running become Stopped

On /var/log/syslog I can see:

Jan 3 23:49:30 pbx1 kernel: [ 625.172763] 3CXPbxServer[1020]: segfault at 33643172 ip 0000000000554525 sp 00007f7ee6ff7080 error 4 in 3CXPbxServer[400000+3eb000]
Jan 3 23:49:30 pbx1 systemd[1]: 3CXPhoneSystem01.service: main process exited, code=killed, status=11/SEGV
Jan 3 23:49:30 pbx1 systemd[1]: Unit 3CXPhoneSystem01.service entered failed state.

Anybody can help me?
Massimo

Hi, we Debian VM on ESXi 6 server too. We have noticing drop calls or intermittent phone unregistered and register.

We get "web server not responding to request. contact administrator" on the web console from time to time.

When we SSH to 3cx VM, the connection will connect but it drops even when we have ping session in VM to 4.2.2.2?

Any ideas or fix for this or if anyone have used 3cx Linux on VMware in production?

TIA,
Bora
