Hi all, I have v15.5.5 windows version and I have set up emails settings correctly. I am using Amazon SES. When I test using "Test email" I get a response on the web dashboard and also a test email in my inbox. I also receive notifications if there are any trunk changes etc, so I confirm that the email function is up and running and the credentials are correct. However, when I highlight an extensions and I click on "send welcome email" nothing happens. I checked spam, and "all mail" but I do not receive this. Can anyone verify this? Thank You.
