v15.5 MoH playlists not working

    I've updated to 15.5 yesterday, and was very eager to use the music on hold playlists. However, they're not working.

    During troubleshooting, I have determined that: If I set the Settings -> Call Parking -> Music on hold file to a specific wav file, as before, then listen to a parked call / call a park with nothing parked in it (thus parking myself), I hear the music. If I set that setting to my MoH playlist, which presently contains a copy of the exact same wav file (for diagnostic purposes), I hear nothing.

    Is there something I'm missing somewhere?

    If you are a windows user this feat as also the hotel module requires a backup uninstall install restore.

    What options are required when backing up the system ?

    You can backup using all options. You only need the new installer to so that the service gets created.
