    no updates available just a sip trunk how long before they propagate installed version is 15.5.8801.3

    hello,

    ensure you are not looking into the beta repository withing the Parameters of the PBX. Also the PBX checks in an 2h cycle if there are updates, so there might be for some a delay until it appears.

    Here the correct update path within the pbx settings -> parameters:
    Param Name: DOWNLOADS_URL
    Value: https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/v155/

    you can remain using -us as this is an alias of -global. We moved to an CDN for software delivery which takes time to populate all the PODs we have worldwide. If you press on the update butten it looks for updates from cache so, some time is needed to get the latest update file.

    thank it is there now.
    what about those whom did not do sp3 will the sp3 disappear and sp3 hot fix appear it its place?

    This had been becoming a real issue when trying to troubleshoot a recent problem. I'm glad to see that this fix is out. Looking forward to applying the update.

    so afraid to install another update, SP3 was a disaster for us. Will wait another week to hear all the comments/concerns with this fix before installing.

    Also for some check your start-up scripts in case you've rebooted since last updates. I had to update my start-up scripts to ensure I was pointing to the correct update servers in my 3cxpbx.list for repo's. Made changes via ssh to update those repos only to notice on a few I rebooted the start-up scripts reverted them back to the previous depreciated repos.

    Since downloading this patch the management console is stuck in a loop of re-loading/refreshing.

    According to https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/3cx-management-console-stuck-in-loop.49297/ it looks like it could be a failed update.

    Is there any way to manually download/apply the update as I’m now unable to use the management console? I’m trying to avoid having to do a full uninstall/reinstall if possible.

    Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Please open an incognito window in chrome and try accessing the management console. Let me know if the issue persists. Also is this a windows or a linux installation?
