v15: Call Group - no sender ID visible

    When we get an external call we can't see the nubmer of the caller. When we try to reach the queues from an internal extension we saw the caller. Where can we configure the queues to see the caller id?

    Hello there,
    This is something that can be changed in the inbound parameters of the trunk but in order to make the appropriate changes your provider must confirm the SIP field it is sending the information in.
    Calling from an internal extension will work of course as the call does not pass through the provider
