Hi all, we had many years a well working V12 and I have now "migrated" (speak: created all new) our 3CX to V15. With V15 (free edition), we have now the following issue: When dialing in from external to any of our internal phones (which have either directly assigned a DID or are part of a ring Group which has a DID assigned) the call gets always transferred to the voicebox of the Primary number of the trunk. Hint: The Primary number of the trunk currently has no phone registered. The Problem seems to be that the trunk does not recognize the DIDs, only the main/primary number of the trunk. Calling from internal to outside works without any problem. Is there something special which has to be configured in order to allow an external call to reach the dialed DID?
