Where can we find the manual queue login option in 3cx v15 as like in v14 ?
If you mean through the management console then go to the extensions tab highlight the extension you and on the top you will find a button called status. Clicking that will give you the option to Login the extension to the Queues.
If you are using Ip phones then you can login into the queues by dialing *62. If you dial *63 you will be logged out of the queues.
