V15 problem with extension in queue

    hello

    the extension works well in a ring group but no in queues even if the extension's status are available and the option in the section of forwarding rule "Log out from queues" is not marked,

    so can somebody write something about this, because the queues are not working and the new logs the V15 is so bad
    the rings groups works but not the queues

    So, are the agents that are assigned to the Queue logged into the queue?

    Go to the extensions, select an extension that is an agent and then look at the status tab next to send welcome email and see if it is logged-in.
