V15: Remote Yealink phones provisioned with STUN do not reconnect after loss of internet

    One of the systems we manage have multiple Yealink phones provisioned with STUN at a remote location. However, after a loss of internet, only some of the phones manage to re-register to the 3CX. Model of phones include: T46G, T41P and one W52P. All phones have the latest firmware updates.

    Hello @teldata

    The phones never reconnect or do they take a long time? What version PBX are you running and what firmware are the phones on?
    Do the phones have different ports under extension settings/ Provisioning and are those ports forwarded at the remote site?

    Hi there, thanks for the reply.

    Version 15 with most recent SP, all phones have the most recent firmware updates and have different SIP and RTP ports.

    Some of the phones will never re-connect unless rebooted.

    A trace will certainly let you know why the phones are not re-registering.
