V15 trying to restore from backup

    Hi i am trying to install v15 and i have done backup of my current version and started the PBXWizard and selected " Restore an exisiting backup configuration" and i select my backup zip file and click open and then nothing happens just sits here

    not sure what i am doing wrong

    Hello @Hitesh Patel ,

    which version was the backup created on? how large is your backup? It might be that it takes some time to upload the backup file to the PBX if it is too large.

    Hi the backup was created in v12 and the backup is around 11GB

    @Hitesh Patel ,

    please refer to this guide in the admin manual. There it is explained how to upgrade from previous versions of the PBX to v15 and v15.5.
    Please don't forget to use the call history convert tool in order to preserve your call history.
