V15 upgrade - Call costs

    I have checked after restoring my v14 backup on v15 installation and looks like call costs were not imported.
    When I try to import them manually it does not accept multiple costs with same name like in v14.

    Anyone aware of it? Is this a real issue?

    Hi daktur,

    We replicated several times this issue (restore from V14 to V15) and the call cost values are imported normally.
    In V15 you can add a call cost with the same name but not the same prefix. You can only have one prefix with one cost.

    Hi Giannos,

    That is not the case, it refuses to add call cost with the same name.

    In my case I had to use numbering to differentiate to keep the same name.

    However I'm stil struggling to get the correct call cost even after I had setup my call rates correct.

    Do we need to delete all the default call rates first ?
