V15 upgrade freezing on restore backup

    I am attempting to upgrade to V15 and it is freezing on the restore backup step. Any ideas what can be causing this?

    Exact same problem here, done it 3 times now, dont know how to fix. any ideas?

    As a test, try extracting the .zip file you have using the Windows Unzip/Extract option. I ran into this once and it turned out to be a corrupt .zip Backup File.

    Please be sure that you can resolve downloads.3cx.com and erp.3cx.com.
    Seems that this is your issue.
