V15 - Voicemail Not Always Sending Email

    We have upgraded to V15 and some extensions are not sending voicemail emails to the users. We have definantly selected to send an email and we have checked the mail sever logs and can see that the systems hasnt even tried to send to the mail server.

    When we select Send Welcome Email it works fine.

    We tried changing the setting to send no email, then change it back to send and email and it doesnt work.

    We can confirm that the voicemails are been deposited and can retrieve them from the extension through the softphone.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi all,

    No one replied......... I restarted the sever and all the voicemail emails came through. Very strange.
