V15 - Yealink forward dont' work!

    WE HAVE UPDATED to the latest version, the pbx, but by that time the forward , set from the phone, it does not work!!
    From client it works you know, but if someone is home sick, and then you do not have access to the PC, how do we forward the calls ???
    Please immediately solve

    Hi andreas,

    What IP Phone do you have? Please make sure that the firmware is supported by 3CX. Also please check the status of the phone.

    Yealink T46G with the firmware 28.81.0.60 , the last supported by 3cx , the status is online

    thanks for reply and following this post the forward rule work fine..
    But with this workaround there ins't the sync between server and phone status right?
    The Windows client stay sync?

    Hi andreas,

    This is for IP Phones and not for 3CX client. Yes you lost the sync "status" connection between server and phone.

    but there is a solution that permit the sync and this features lost after upgrade?

    Hi andreas,

    No, currently there are two options, sync on or sync off. We recommend to not change the default template because custom templates are not supported and you will lose additional functionality.
