v5.0.3790.0 FORWARD

    Please help it is very important, i updated version 3 with v5.0.3790.0 and tranfer call is not working both with internals and also pstn lines
    can anybody has any suggestions?

    tranfer error

    Could you please send me a Data/Logs/3CXMediaServer.trace.log and Data/Logs/3CXPhoneSystem.trace.log files for described scenario?

    sorry i cannot i unistalled 5 and i installed again v3.1.2434.0
    i could not work with 5 and a was in a rash since the 3cx is active and playing as the only RBX in my office.

    i had other problem too with 5

    first i tries to upgrade from v3.1.2434.0 to 5. instllation finished and everything was lost inside, it was like having a clean istallation. then i tried to restore a backup and i got a message like"error time out 500 at line 101" and then nothing was playing correctly. i unistalled the 5 , installed 3 restore backup again the same. finally i insttaled clean 5 and everything form the start and all plaied well except tranfering that is the story. i spend all lot of time for this yesterday from 17:00 till 21:00 and the from 22 to 2:30 am and again all morning today. i am too optimist to make 3cx for me working perfectly and i am persistand on that but i need help for these bugs . thank you for your immediate response. please tell me if must make something else.

    I will try and replicate this and I will send my results here. Can you send us the current configuration you have on your Version 3 PBX? This way I will try and replicate your problem using exactly that same variables you are using.

    I need the backup file of the pbx that gave you problems.

    We are in a situation where we need to evaluate whether there is a problem with the backup file itself which is causing these issues whilst you are migrating from version 3 to version 5.

    i tried to contact you through mail but i got no answer. my backup is 16.mb is there other way to sent it except email?

    It's my problem too. I install v.5 on v.3. With Grandstream I can trasfer call with TRANSFER botton. With IP 301 TRANSFER is not working!! I have to return to v.3?? I hope no...
