V5 - Cannot initiate outbound calls via Patton 4634

    V5 - Cannot initiate outbound calls via Patton 4632

    Hi all,

    I've successfully run 3CX V3 with Patton SmartNode 4634, but since V5 the 3CX refuses to initiate outbound calls via that router. Outbound calls via VoIP providers and all types of incoming calls are ok anyway.

    This the logged data during outbound call:

    :[CM503003]: Call(49): Call to sip:0516248148@192.168.1.1:5060 has failed; Cause: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:192.168.1.1

    By debugging calls on Patton, no errors are highlighted and it seems that the outbound line is correctly initialized, but the call is aborted by 3CX.

    On Patton router there are two ISDN BRI from two different carriers and the 3CX does exactly the same for both. It looks like 3CX cannot detect a successfully outbound call by the router, and then it switches to the next configured provider, and with the first available VoIP provider it does place regular outbound calls.

    As far as I see 192.168.1.1 is an IP of gateway, so this 503 error is from gateway, not PBX.

    Yes, it's the gateway IP, but with 3CX version 3 worked okay. Just after V5 upgrade it stopped outbound calls.

    There are some "Network our of order" messages; BTW the incoming calls are correctly answered to, as well as direct ISDN lines connected to a standard ISDN phone (both incoming and outgoing calls).
