    Hi

Im new to the 3cx world. Im facing a bit of a problem. I have to set up a callflow, and I have to validate on the time of the call. If the call comes before 8 am a wav file must be played then the call transfers to a queu, and after 8 am another wav file must be played and the call must be tranfered to another queu.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for this time validation?

    Thank you in advance.

    Alex

    Hi,

This blog post explains something like that:
    http://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/javascript-3cx-vad/

You can do that using javascript. That is what shows the example.

Let me know if you need anything else.

    Regards,

    Hi

Thanks for your help... I have search for another variable, because I shall also validate on the day. So that one promt plays within the work day/hours, and another promt outside the work hours.

Is it possible to validate on the day? monday to friday - one validation on day and one on the hours of the day.
And saturday and sunday will ofcourse play the after workhour promt.

    Hope you understand my question.

Yes, you do it with javascript. The Date object has a the methods to achieve what you want. You just need to create a javascript funcion that check what you need and tell you if you're on working time or not.

Here you have a description of the Date object in javascript:
