VAD Samples

    After deployed Attended sample I recieved IVR session error (by voice)
    With second sample (dialer) the same situation
    How to resolve this?

    What Operating System are you using? Are you calling to the extension where the callflow has been registered? Or are you calling a DR that calls the callflow when the you press an option?
    Can you post the file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Logs\3CXIvrServer.log to see a detailed description of the problem?

    What Operating System are you using?

    Are you calling to the extension where the callflow has been registered?
    When calling direct to extension I received IVR session error.

    Or are you calling a DR that calls the callflow when the you press an option?
    When calling to DR just silence.

    Can you post the file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Logs\3CXIvrServer.log to see a detailed description of the problem?

    The problem reported is a 404 (file not found) when trying to execute the main callflow (Callflows_Attender.vxml).

    Can you check if the file is is the web server? It should be in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\ivr\SimpleAttender_12\Callflows_Attender.vxml.

    Did you install server side components before deploying the sample project?

    No, the folder was not created.

    id you install server side components before deploying the sample project?

    Yes.
    Error disappeared after reinstalling sever components and re-deploying application.

    Hi I have a simmilar issue.
    However I have the 3cx on a winXP machine

    the folder SimpleAttender_12 in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\ivr\ does not exist.
    I have reinstalled the serverside components and tried to redeploy.

    and other suggestions?

    What version of 3CX are you using?
    Did you change deployment settings? Windows XP in 3CX V7.1 requires a different configuration than other operating systems. That is explained in the users manual. Can you describe how are those setting configured?

    The 3CX version 7.1.7139.0 and VAD version 1.0.0.15

    the call flow appears in the DR container, but when i dial it "error in ivr... sorry" and just silence when directed there through another DR.

    There is a known problem when redirecting to a VAD callflow from another DR...
    A possible workaround until this is fixed is creating a dummy extension, and configure it to forward all calls to the VAD callflow. Then, configure your DR to go to that extension when the option is selected. Let me know if this works for you.
