VAD with Text-files authentication

    Dear All,

    Is it possible to use VAD as mentioned below.

    - Incoming Call
    - Plays "Welcome to Voip Server please enter your pin number"
    - VAD reads PIN number
    - VAD Checks against one text file which has 200 pin numbers (At least three treis per caller)
    eg: 1001
    1342
    1455
    .....etc.
    - If VAD can find one match in text file the caller will be transfered to DISA server to dial any number externally.
    - If not the VAD play thanks for calling please retry later.

    Please let me know how to create the above scenario using VAD. I have licensed VAD in my running 3CX system.

    Yes this is perfectly doable with the VAD. You need to use a UserInput component to request the PIN from the user, and then a FileManagement component to read the file contents into a variable. Then you can look for the PIN entered using a javascript expression or .NET DLL (with an External Code Execution component).
