We had a problem with the server where the 3cx was installed. We switched to the backup hard disk and we are trying to boot up the system again. It asks for the License key. When entering it, we get the error: It seems it´s not a valid key. Any recommendation?

Did your MAC address change for the adapter? Most common in VM restores.
The license looks for the specific MAC it was activated on. If this is your problem, you can try to force the old MAC on the new VM or contact your reseller to get the license re-activated.

The mac address didn´t change. We didn´t change the ports or the adapters. We switched to the backup hard disk
