Vegastream 8FXO not hanging up calls

    I've setup a Vegastream 8FXO successfully with 3CX.

    The issue I am having with it is:

    If I call in once and hang up the call doesn't disconnect so the phones will keep on ringing for 20ish seconds.

    If a call goes into voicemail 3CX/vegastream keeps that line open on 999 until I manually go in and disconnect it.

    I don't think it is getting the disconnection signal or something?

    Any light on this topic?

    Hi,

    I dont know much about Vegastream kit but we have had a similar issue with Patton hardware reported by some of our resellers.

    Our solution was to lower the "Loopbreak Detection" to 200ms, I dont know where this setting is on a Vega but I'm sure your supplier should be able to help you out there.

    I suggest contacting Vegastream for this. They should be able to tell you how to configure the device to detect the call hang up....
